Just a scenario !

Checking the MD help tool I found:

Moon Destruction chances for diameter of 8,000
99%: 88 Death stars needed.
98%: 86 Death stars needed.
97%: 84 Death stars needed.
96%: 83 Death stars needed.

and sent 90 Rips, 45 were destroyed, still won the battle, the question is:

for the MD the Battle Eng will count only the remaining Rips or the the initial number ?

Players knowledge of course respected, thou I would like an answer from the Dev team

as far as i know it is what you have left after the battle.

Yep, the combat takes place first and the remaining deathstar count is then used in the MD formula

as the both of the players said.

combat first ... then md missions.
