People in protection have been attacking me and picking off my resources i have over 100k points and i cant do anything because of well protection and i have been building fleet but then gogetass4 attacked me in xtreme i looked at it as fair gain until i saw i could not attack him back cause he is too strong so it just pisses me off when they can pick off my defense and resources and i cant do ****.

If they can attack you, then you can attack them.

Yes, BUT...

If for example player 1 has 500k pts, and player 2 has 120k pts INCLUDING 30K FLEET POINTS, then player 2 just has to have his fleet down at update and can attack player 1. If he then keeps his fleet in the air at update player 1 will not be able to attack back.

plus a player called dex0pac who keeps talking **** about ezt can esp me an d attack me but i cant attack him cause he is too weak

why not have a different type of war declaration.

first one is the traditional one we have. and the second one is the one where u take off the noob protection off given both parties accept it.

hows this for a change?

id accept that hell yea i wanna teach him not to talk **** when he aint got nothin to back it up and the gogetass thing is done with cause my computer was actin up with the symbols but the dex0pac thing still is wrong

This question interests me. Now of course, you can speed build defenses/fleets to try whittle away the attackers forces (hopefully) &/or a friend/ally tries to defend you while you do so, to solve this correct?

...(I think I'm beginning to see why focusing on having "super high" defenses or fleets are extremely important here. Hmmm...)

I would say either you made him mad or you are just playing lazy and leaving stuff laying around. Tip: Quit building defenses for him to crash and fleet resource save so he has nothing to gain by hitting you. Believe me he will tire of using his deut if he is not gaining anything in return. He has always been that way.
