Am I allowed to:

1: Trade moonshots for rubies.
2: Trade resources for rubies.
3. Trade a guarranteed moon (moonshots until he gets it) for LESS THAN 100 Rubies, seeing as a ruby moon would probably be larger, and easier to get still. I was thinking like 25.
4. If above are not allowed to be done officially, could I still just arrange something in PM privately (I just happen to send 5 groups of 212 LCS and he just happens to send me 10 rubies...) and not be banned for rules violation?
