If a moon is attached at any end of any mission, the phalanx can't see it. At least it was such when I played, I don't imagine much has changed.

Q2: Correct, activity on a moon does not cause activity on it's planet.

Again:

1- I am attacking a planet, the defender jump his fleet to that planets moon & send it to that planet to protect against the attack, If I phlanxed that planet will I see his fleet coming from the moon?


2- someone else is sending his fleet from a moon to protect that players planet, will I see this fleet coming if I phlanxed that planet??

You cannot see any fleet on lanx that is launch from, or going to a moon.
