Could you think of some funny but true substitutes for some everyday instances?

You don't get me do 'ya.
Of course not!

Ok, heres an example.
Instance:
You dont wanna wake up in the morning but due to the alarm clock, you had to wake up.

Substitute:
"I wanna make love with my bed but my alarm wont let me" :naughty:

See that? 'course you did. Here's another one.

Instance:
You wanted to eat more but your stomach is getting full.

Substitute:
"I wanted to eat more, but if my stomach caught me eating more, he'd break up on me."

Note: "Break up" refers to having a stomach ache

Ok, so now. Do you have something to share about your "Instances" and "Substitutes"? ;)

I knew most people wouldn't get this.
Ok, to explain more.
Think of an ordinary instance in your everyday life, wherein a problem occurs.

Example:
You studied hard for a test but you still fail.

"now, you have to think of something that can substitute it to that happening"

--> I've chatted with my book all night, but the tests just ignored me
Do you get the idea?
"I've chatted with my book" = I've studied all night
"but the tests just ignored me" = But you still failed the tests...

Got that yet?
No?
Here are two more examples:

Instance: I was taking a bath, but then I noticed I forgot my towel in the room.
Funny substitute: I was playing with my friend, shower, but my other friend, towel, wasn't there.
"i was playing with my friend, shower" = I was taking a bath
"but my other friend, towel, wasn't there" = I forgot my towel

Another example:

Instance: I'm finding my lost watch
Funny Substitute: I'm playing hide-and-seek with my watch

I know I was only giving 2 examples but here's one more anyways.

Instance: I'm writing my homework but then I spilled hot choco on it.
Funny substitute: I was spending some time with homework, but then hot choco spoiled the fun

___________________________________
If you still dont get it, here is a more thorough explanation:
Think of an instance wherein you encounter simple problems.
Then, think of a funny substitute by making the "problem", and the "subject" come alive.

I'm writing my homework but then I spilled hot choco on it.

homework = subject
hot choco = problem

Make these two like normal persons. We form,

I was spending some time with HOMEWORK, but then HOT CHOCO spoiled the fun.

Anything goes... If you still dont get it. . . . :wall:
