On a certain combat report it is forbidden to post an off topic image (I agree it was a wrong post at a wrong thread), but allowed to strand a discussion about a certain off topic, is completely out of my understanding.

If a spam notice should be given it should have been given to the first poster who introduced the topic not the one who posted along the discussion.

In cyber space temporal context is a vital thing I hope moderators take notice of that.

All other references to the subject spam included an on-topic statement that relates to the original topic. Yours was just spam.

All moderated posts are locked to prevent the poster from modifying the post to make it look as if no infraction existed.

This topic is blatant mod baiting. Consider yourself fortunate you didn't receive a second warning for it.
