ok in the middle of chat my internet browser stopped responding i thought it happens so i restarted with a new session and it happened again...i blamed firefox and went to IE and went and got on ZE and logged in then went to ZE chatroom and it sopped loading and IE stopped responding..so i switched to google chrome.and now im writing this

If it happens only with IE then it's a browser issue (i never use IE so i don't know), personally, i use Google Chrome and get no problems. If it still happens for you with all browsers, it will be an issue with Flash Player. You can uninstall it if it comes to that and re-download it for free from the Java website.

Failing any of that working, it's probably an issue with your computer.

My advice - Clear all private browser data - temporary internet files, cookies, cache - Reinstall Flash Player - Change browser.
