What is your favorite brew? Why?

Do you, yourself, brew? What are the qualities you seek in a brew?

My own very favorites are very tart IPAs.

The 'Flower Power' brew from Ithaca has the back bite of a grapefruit, plus the luscious scent of pineapple and papaya. One truly most flavorful beer brewed indeed! I hope to learn more what others favor.

My local beer is just fine for me. Or gin or brandy for that matter.

Never understood people who drinks the most expensive wine and says it's the best. Give them a cheap wine in an expensive bottle and they prolly won't know the difference. XD (Just speaking in general)

Traditionally brewed rice or strawberry wine is good enough for me. The problem is there usually isn't enough for a party. (But then again, that's just me. :p)

I myself hate anything light or pale, including IPAs. Gimme a Guinness and I'm golden; however there's a good local beer called Bad Dog Porter from McMenamins that I'm fond of.
