We have the Deathstar in the game, looking quite striking to the one seen in that well-known George Lucas hexlogy (two trilogies).

Isn't there a trademark on its design and name? If so, why haven't LucasArts's lawyers contacted ZE about this?

we are too small of a game for them to notice and they would have to actually play this game and why would they even waste their time suing us?

There is no such thing as copyright for names.
