Ok, I hate asking noob questions but I checked the threads and cant find the answer to this one. Do I need to build a new research lab on every colony to get the benefits of my already researched technologies on every colony?

wait...do i need an empty planet to make a colony or just an empty planet slot and a colony ship? sorry for the noob questions.

Thank you very much! Ive been looking for a planet to colonize and cant find an empty one anywhere. I was hoping i could get one of theirs if they get deleted.

I have a couple planets next to me that have been inactive for months...how do i go about getting the accounts deleted (if possible) so that they will reset?
