I have sent enough ships to raid half at a time but I come back short handed, I was just curious to see how the rules applied in this version of the game cause I know that different universes can have different...

I thought I had the res raiding percentage figured out, but I admit I'm lost, I cant crack it, Its not that difficult I can tell but I cant find the equation anywhere in help.
