it depends on the size of the moon(dia) anything less than 9800 dia is succeptable to being easily destroyed by bigger players and should be less developed than the larger moons...personally i build lb,rf,rf,rf,lb,rf,rf,rf,lb,rf rf lg,lb...then acs depot,and other stuff as desired...no storage build...
