ok so the game lagged and thought it was local. restarted IE and now I cannot even get to the Login screen. IE is sitting at 90% screen load.... woops it just finished. but FYI zorg it was hanging for about 5 min, for me and fellow guildie.

Thirdly, missile lvl 2s are also all that's needed, since you can build 20 APMs at that level, and since IPMing somebody is pretty much usesless... It's not cost effective compared to what ships cost, and it's a one-time usage, unlike ships. In fact, if everybody who uses IPMs would quit using them...
