How great would it be to enter a command into the ingame chat between two players and allow any number of players to be in a chat?

Example:

/add "username"

This would allow for players to either grow a bond, or make easier plans to do a group fleet crash.

I understand we have a similar feature through messaging certain ranks within a circular message, but I believe this would be a great addition
